Entry Level 3 Maths

Some learners might be required to study Entry Level 3 Maths when progressing through their Functional Skills Maths qualification. At QTS Maths Tutors, we can help students, no matter their age, develop and improve their Maths skills in preparation for this. As well as supporting students, we can also assist teachers and tutors by providing a range of resources.   The Entry Level 3 Maths revision materials we recommend are courtesy of Pass Functional Skills, an experienced and qualified provider of exams, courses, and resources. The revision materials are perfect for students and teachers alike, as they cover each topic from the curriculum. Everything is laid out on a table, students and can click through to access the revision pages for each topic area. As well as being easy to use, it makes revision more manageable for students.   The site has a range of comprehensive revision materials, including:
  • Revision Notes
  • Practise Questions and Model Solutions
  • Work Sheet Questions and Mark Schemes
All of the resources are designed to expand your knowledge and develop your Maths Skills. In particular, the worksheet questions are useful as they are to the exam standard and format. Once you complete a worksheet, you can use the mark schemes to work through your answers and see what each question requires of you.    Additionally, another key revision tool is the Entry Level Past Papers. As they offer an accurate depiction of exams, students can use the Past Papers to familiarise themselves with exam layout and structure. Furthermore, it can be used to track progression and identify any areas of weakness. When learners feel confident in their abilities, they can book the Entry Level 3 exams.    After the Entry Levels, there are the Functional Skills Level 1 and Level 2.
